this is my first time ordering a replacement piece and i would rate them 10 stars if i could! i got my piece from a friend so i didn’t know the dimensions and i messed up and ordered the wrong length and i was afraid that they wouldn’t fix it but they answered my email as soon as they could and fixed it! the pack i ordered came with 3. thankfully so because literally the week i ordered them, somebody knocked it over and broke this exact piece.

So happy with my purchase. This thing chugs. It exceeded my expectations. At this price I might just order another.

I bought one of these in green at a shop in Algonquin Illinois called Headdy Glass Both me and my wife both liked it so much I went back a few days later and got a milky purple one for my wife Mine are a bit different so they must be the older version of what’s pictured here But these look like beautiful pipes as well

Okay check it out. I got the perfect piece across from my work several weeks ago. It was small enough i could fit it in my cup holder, but could handle my full lung power when i ripped it. No water kisses. The perfect little piece. It was the mini igloo model dab rig which, unfortunately is no longer appearing on the website.

It took an unfortunate dive off the counter. I was truly devastated. I had it only a week. I messaged Encore Collection and messaged for help. I was promptly responded to within a day by an employee who goes by JR. JR went above and absolutely beyond, they found the item i was looking for, allowed me to purchase another item on the site for an equivalent price, gave me solid color options, and even gave me preference on intake for the bowl option ( dab or flower ) .

I am very grateful for the experience JR at Encore has provided me. As well hooking me up with a truly outstanding product. I hope this company goes as far as possible, because they’re doing an incredible job, not only providing great products but also truly exceptional customer support!
