Encore Collection accessories are made in the same glass as our main pieces, so a replacement bowl, downstem or ash catcher matches the piece it goes into rather than standing out from it. Sizes follow the standards you already own — 14mm and 18mm joints, common angles, and the lengths that actually fit.
Because each piece is handmade, small variations in color, thickness and finish may occur. These differences don't affect fit or function. Check the listed joint size and angle against your setup before ordering.
Orders ship from the United States within 24 hours on business days. Every piece is wrapped in protective packaging and sent in plain, discreet boxing with no branding on the exterior.
If something isn't right, you have 30 days to start a hassle-free return or exchange. Please check the fit before use, as we can't accept returns on used glass. In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Conveniently it can hold the bowl upright for you while you pack it. I also have an Encore ash catcher with a percolator and built in bowl but I found that bowl to be too shallow, this lets me use any bowl I want to.

this is my first time ordering a replacement piece and i would rate them 10 stars if i could! i got my piece from a friend so i didn’t know the dimensions and i messed up and ordered the wrong length and i was afraid that they wouldn’t fix it but they answered my email as soon as they could and fixed it! the pack i ordered came with 3. thankfully so because literally the week i ordered them, somebody knocked it over and broke this exact piece.
So happy with my purchase. This thing chugs. It exceeded my expectations. At this price I might just order another.
I bought one of these in green at a shop in Algonquin Illinois called Headdy Glass Both me and my wife both liked it so much I went back a few days later and got a milky purple one for my wife Mine are a bit different so they must be the older version of what’s pictured here But these look like beautiful pipes as well
